Program Overview
The flagship four-year engineering programme of SIET, grounded in rigorous computing fundamentals — programming, data structures, algorithms, computer architecture, operating systems, databases, networks and software engineering. AICTE approved and designed in collaboration with industry experts, the programme prepares students for the full spectrum of contemporary technology careers and for advanced study. Six dedicated specialisation tracks allow students to build depth in the area of their choice from the third year onward, while the common foundation ensures versatility across roles.

Eligibility: 10+2 from a recognised Board with minimum 60% in PCM. Admission through SUNET 2026 / JEE-Main / CUET (UG) or merit-based.
Intake: 180 seats (across all CSE specialisations) — AICTE Approved
Annual Tuition Fee: ₹1,50,000 (base CSE); ₹1,80,000 (specialisation tracks in AI & ML, Data Science, Cyber Security, IoT, Cloud Computing, Full Stack Development)
Hostel (if opted): ₹90,000 per annum

Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognised Board with a minimum of 60% aggregate in PCM or PCB.

Admission is through SUNET 2026 conducted online in computer-based mode. Candidates holding valid scores in JEE-Main or CUET (UG) are exempt from appearing in SUNET and may be considered directly on merit.

Candidates with 75% or more marks in 10+2 are also eligible to apply directly.
