Program Overview

B.Com., LL.B. Hons (Integrated) is a five year course comprising of ten semesters on completion of which a student earns a graduate degree in law. This course is designed to acquaint a student with the conceptual and operational parameters of general principles of law and its operation in the society. These courses help to understand how central and state government’s function and how legislations are enacted and enforced.

B.Com., LL.B. Hons Course Beneficial?

  • As this is a combined degree course, it allows students to complete 2 Bachelor programs in 5 years of full-time study.
  • Candidates having a strong hand in commerce can specialise in their work as legal practitioners, legal officers and in legal academia.

  • Eligibility criteria to take Admission in B.Com., LL.B. Hons As per the norms of BCI

Admission Procedure

  • The admission shall be granted on the basis of valid score on CUET (UG)2023 / CLAT / LSAT-2023 or Shobhit University Law Aptitude Test (SULAT)-2023.

NOTE:
1. School of Law and Constitutional Studies prefers LSAT—India™ scores as part of the selection process for admission to the [BA. LL.B/BBA LL.B (H)/ B.Com. LL.B. (H) and LL.M Programs
2. All other students have to undertake the Shobhit University Law Aptitude Test (SULAT)-2023). This is an objective type online computer based test. A candidate can appear in (SULAT)-2023. from any location of his/her choice.
