Program Overview
B.Com., LL.B. Hons (Integrated) is a five year course comprising ten semesters, on completion of which a student earns a graduate degree in law. This course is designed to acquaint a student with the conceptual and operational parameters of general principles of law and its operation in society. These courses help to understand how central and state government’s function and how legislation is enacted and enforced.

Admission Procedure
- The admission shall be granted on the basis of valid score on CUET (UG)2025 / CLAT / LSAT-2025 or Shobhit University Law Aptitude Test (SULAT)-2025.
NOTE:
1. School of Law and Constitutional Studies prefers LSAT—India™ scores as part of the selection process for admission to the [BA. LL.B/BBA LL.B (H)/ B.Com. LL.B. (H) and LL.M Programs
2. All other students have to undertake the Shobhit University Law Aptitude Test (SULAT)-2025). This is an objective type online computer based test. A candidate can appear in (SULAT)-2025. from any location of his/her choice.
