The human race is going through an unprecedented crisis due to Covid-19. The speed and impact of the virus were so widespread that it has surprised all governments, business, and the human race alike. The pandemic has completely transformed the ways an enterprise was working one year back and will have an everlasting impact on the ways organizations are going to work in the future. The organization change management is the key tool for organizations to manage this transformation, enabling employees to adapt to the new normal.

Change management is often described as the initialization process, to correct, update, change, or revolution, in the way in which an organization is operating normally. In addition, as part of the global Covid-19 pandemic, the management of change, it is very important to make sure that the organizations themselves, grow, and help others survive. The Ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has caused a lot of uncertainties in the business environment as many organizations are struggling with how to handle the issues arising from the pandemic. Employers and employees react differently to uncertainties, including feelings of loss of control, anxiety around well-Being, and speculations around financial insecurity and job loss. It draws on the context of the current situation and equitably assesses The impact of the organization’s future strategic transformation plans, stakeholders, and affiliated stakeholders

Effective planning should take into account the following:

A clear definition of change management objectives and alignment of goals and vision/mission/strategies of the organization. If the idea is not well defined or shared, seeking The involvement of all stakeholders in the transformation process can be difficult. Lack of vision and direction can lead to poor performance, inconsistent results and can erode the long-term benefits of transformation efforts.

The writing of objectives, defined by a road map or the development of a transformation plan to effectively manage change. The writing of change management objectives provides a strategic direction and is consistent with the concept of change plans and resources needed to make it happen. It provides a larger picture of the magnitude and complexity involved in the entire change management process.

Leadership and commitment: Leaders in creating an effective organizational culture, and the environment for the achievement of the change management goals and objectives. Their dedication and hard work are critical to the success of the transformation efforts. Flexible, visionary, and exemplary leaders will be able to help you in the creation of an atmosphere of cooperation and collaboration at all levels of the organization.

Stakeholder Awareness and involvement: The involvement of stakeholders and their involvement in the process is critical to the success of change management. They need to be interested stakeholders and to stimulate the creation of an environment of interaction and communication of the objectives and the results.
