Objective of the Course

The Course title “Performance Management and Competency Mapping” is designed to give an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the performance management system and competency mapping. Dr. Neha Yajurvedi has earned more than 08 years of professional experience in Teaching, Training and Research, presently associated with NICE-School of Business Studies, Shobhit University, as an Associate Professor. Her research interests include Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Organisation Behaviour, Entrepreneurship etc. She has published numerous research papers in reputed journals. She has participated/ presented research papers in various Conferences and Seminars at national and international level. She is guiding many Ph.D. and M.Phil. Research scholars under her supervision. She is also working as an Associate Editor, NICE Journal of Business, a peer-reviewed, half-yearly Research Journal, published by Shobhit Deemed University, Meerut. She is a member of Meerut Management Association (MMA).
