Objective of the Course

Dr. Neha Yajurvedi has earned more than 08 years of professional experience in Teaching, Training and Research, presently associated with NICE-School of Business Studies, Shobhit University, as an Associate Professor. Her research interests include Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Organisation Behaviour, Entrepreneurship etc. She has published numerous research papers in reputed journals. She has participated/ presented research papers in various Conferences and Seminars at national and international level. She is guiding many Ph.D. and M.Phil. Research scholars under her supervision. She is also working as an Associate Editor, NICE Journal of Business, a peer-reviewed, half-yearly Research Journal, published by Shobhit Deemed University, Meerut.
