Ms. Mehak Batra is an experienced academician career in the field of Teaching, Training and Research. She is presently associated with School of Law and Constitutional Studies, Shobhit University, as an Assistant Professor. Ms. Batra completed her B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) from Jindal Global Law School and LL.M. from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. She is NET qualified and currently pursuing her Ph. D. on International Marine Environment Law. In addition, she has two years of teaching experience earlier with School of Law, G.D. Goenka University. Her area of interest includes IPR, Arbitration Law, International Law etc. She has also participated in various Faculty Development Programs, International, National Conferences and Seminars.

Mr. Amir completed his B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) from Aligarh Muslim University and LL.M. from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala. He is NET qualified and currently pursuing her Doctoral Research on Trade Secrets Laws from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi. In addition, His area of interest includes IPR, Arbitration Law, etc. He has also participated in various Faculty Development Programs, International, National Conferences and 21 Seminars. He has published various papers in National and International Reputed Journals.
