Objective of the Course

Nowadays Cyber Crime has stretched its hand everywhere. Crime involving information technology has been increasing day by day. This course will give an outline about the Cyber Crime and incidents led to the formation of cybercrime policies. Further this course will give depth knowledge of different types of cybercrime given under IT Act, 2000 and create awareness about the enforcement mechanisms and how to track cybercrime before its actual commission. Ms. Neha Bharti is presently associated with School of Law & Constitutional, Shobhit University, as an Assistant Professor. Her area of specialization is Criminal Law. She has done certificate course on “Contract Drafting” and “International Humanitarian Law’.

She has presented numerous research papers in National and International Seminar and Conferences. She has participated in various International, National Conferences and Seminars. She is bronze medalist in LLM (Criminal Law) from Amity Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Her research dissertation is on the topic "Custodial Torture: Socio- Legal Study of Preventive and Corrective Measures". Two of the chapter of dissertation is being published one is in Suprimo Amicus bearing ISSN no 2456-9704 in September 2020 and another one in International Journal of Law , Management and Humanities ISSN No 2581-5369 Vol 4 Issue 2 on 29th March 2021. She has various paper published in peer review journals.
