Her area of specialization is Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Retail Management.

Her current area of research includes Workforce Diversity, Work-Life Balance, Emerging Trends in HR, Use of AI in HR. She is guiding many M.Phil. and Ph.D. students in the field of management.
