| Passed, M.Sc. (Ag) from Agra University in 1960 and 1962, respectively. Did Ph.D. (Agronomy) from the Indian Institute of Agriculture Research, New Delhi in 1965. Passed a course in French Language taught by a French lady at IARI, New Delhi in 1963 and ranked second position in the class. Post Doctoral from the University of Hawaii, USA in 1969. Published 155 Research and popular papers in scientific Journals of the country and aboard. Always worked as dispensed teacher and research scientists. As a Vice-Chancellor regularised all academic sessions. Students & Staff never went on strike during my tenure as Vice-Chancellor in SVBPUA&T, Meerut. |
