| To enhance capacity building and the qualifications, the faculty members are encouraged to pursue Ph.D. and M.Tech. courses. Faculty members are also sent abroad for higher studies on full scholarship under an MoU to the University of Westminster, London. Moreover, the University organizes programmes for quality improvement and faculty development also. |

| The faculty members are provided on the job opportunity for qualification enhancement through its M.Tech., M.Phil. and Ph.D. programmes. Leave and remission of University charges are provided for the same. |

| Conferences / Seminars |
| The faculty members are encouraged to attend conferences/ seminars. Necessary Registration charges and TA/DA is borne by the University and duty leave is provided for the same as per university rules. |

| Research activities are supported at every level. The faculty members are allowed to avail the facilities and utilize University resources for the same. Publications/ presentation of research work are encouraged by providing financial assistance, leave and allied facilities. |

| Insurance facility is provided for all the faculty members under SUBIDHA scheme. This is a unique scheme to provide financial aid based on the degree of disability. |
