For being eligible to apply for lateral entry to MCA program at second year/ third semester level, a Candidates with 65% marks in B.Sc. (IT) / B.Sc. (Computer Science) / BCA / BE / B.Tech. (Computer Science / Electronics & Communication) / PGDCA (1 Year) or equivalent with 1 year experience.   Only candidates fulfilling these conditions would be eligible for selection of  Lateral entry to a MCA Degree program.

Tuition Fee :  Rs. 60,000/- per annum
University Charges:  Rs. 20,000/- per annum
Refundable Caution Money:  Rs. 5,000/- once

Admission Processing Charges : Rs. 1100/- once

*Hostel &  Mess Charges:  Rs. 50,000/- per academic year (Optional)
Refundable Hostel Security:  Rs. 5,000/- at the time of allotment.
(*Charges may be revised by the university any time)

• Admission/Selection in the MCA program at the second year/ third semester level will be based on an academic merit and interview.
  
  
• Girl candidates / Wards of Defence Persons/ Candidates from J&K and North East states shall be given an additional weightage of 5%.
  
  
• The University may prescribe compensatory courses to make up deficiencies for candidates, who are admitted through lateral entry.
  
  
• Seats in the above program are allotted  in order of merit. Candidates must go through instructions. Ignorance of laid down instruction(s) shall be responsibility of the candidate.
  
  
• Candidates having 75% or above marks are eligible for Direct Admission.
  
  
• Decision of the Admission Committee in all matters shall be binding and final.
